Life’s challenges can wear you down, making you feel like you are alone in your struggles and sometimes hopeless. I will provide you a safe place to express yourself while making you feel understood and supported. I want to help you discover new ways to manage the challenges you face.
With 18 years of experience providing counselling to individuals, couples, families and people of all ages, I have helped many people with a wide variety of issues. If you find yourself challenged by stress, depression, trauma, anxiety or relationship issues, I will help you discover your strength and resilience along with new strategies for peace of mind.
Furthermore, my passion is to help anyone affected by significant life-changing injuries, especially those resulting from concussions and brain injuries. When we are injured, so much focus is given to the physical issues and medical appointments. Often our mental health and emotional well-being is overlooked until it becomes problematic. If you are a caregiver of someone injured you may find yourself setting aside some of your own activities for self care. I believe that attending to your mental health is as important as your physical health in your path to recovery.
